This site offers a generous range of information on the study of film and many downloadable units to help teach students various aspects of the filmmaking process including how to put together scripts.

This is a comprehensive unit on filmmaking. There are many usable lessons and handouts which are available to download or print.

This British site has a mix of useful and not-so useful information. Luckily the things that aren’t quite as helpful are at least amusing or interesting. If you snoop around a little you can find some helpful sections on, for example, the pre-production section offers advice on how to find an idea for your movie through to how to storyboard the film.
