Groups and individuals are welcome to apply. Just follow these steps:
- Register online by May 14, 2009.
- Print out the permission forms (different than the registration form) for each group member and have a parent or guardian sign it (for members under 18 years of age).
- Submit the permission forms for each group member with your film to Holy Trinity Catholic High School by May 14, 2009. Your films and forms can be submitted in three ways:
- Drop them off at Holy Trinity Catholic High School during regular school hours at 128 Evergreen Hill Road, Simcoe in the main office.
- Drop them off at the BHNCDSB Catholic Education Centre located at P.O. Box 217, 322 Fairview Drive, Brantford during regular office hours.
- Send them through the BHNCDSB inter-office mail from participating schools to Holy Trinity. (Speak with a staff member at your school for more information.)
Films must be submitted as DVDs. Please avoid using Video CDs to ensure the best video quality.
